1、Mixer system
JS double-shaft forced concrete mixer can mix plastic concrete, dry hard concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, fluid concrete and various mortars. And the forced concrete mixer has the advantages of uniform mixing, short mixing time, high working efficiency, simple operation, low energy consumption, low noise and the like.
2、Mixer system
The MPC vertical shaft planetary mixer is composed of: the mixing arm and its blades make planetary motion, the mixing track is continuous, the mixing motion is intense, and the homogeneity is good; the angle of the mixing blade is reasonable, the mixing efficiency is high, and the wear of the liner and blades is reduced.
3、Batching system
The PLD concrete batching machine produced by Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery adopts electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, and console operation. It has rapid response, accurate measurement and precise weighing. It has a modular design and flexible installation. It can be used with concrete mixers.
4、Cement silo
The cement silo is divided into three types: flake cement silo, integral cement silo, and horizontal cement silo. In order to prevent the powder from arching, a blower is installed at the cone of the silo Arch breaking device; it can be designed as a sheet cement warehouse, which is convenient to transport and easy to use.
5、Conveying system

6、Control System
