Equipment introduction:

The mobile concrete mixing plant is a mobile concrete mixing station equipment. 1、Mixer system
The mixing system of JS750 concrete mixer is composed of motor, belt pulley, reducer, open gear, mixing drum mixing device, oil supply device and other components. When working, the motor drives the two-stage gear reducer, and the two shafts of the reducer drive the two horizontal agitating shafts to rotate at the same speed in the opposite direction through the two split gears.
2、Mixer system
The mixing system of MPC750 vertical shaft planetary mixer is composed of: the mixing arm and its blades do planetary motion, the mixing track is continuous, and the homogeneity is good; the angle of the mixing blade is reasonable, the mixing efficiency is high; The board cleans the bottom material, and the side scraper cleans the side material, with automatic cleaning function
3、Batching system
The YHZS35 mobile mixing station uses the PLD1200 concrete batching machine, which uses a loader or a belt conveyor to feed the sand and gravel batching device, which can be equipped with two to four different materials, and is used in conjunction with various types of mixers and other metering devices. It can be combined into a fully automatic and semi-automatic mixing station.

4、Cement silo
The cement silo is divided into three types: bolted cement silo, integral cement silo, and horizontal cement silo. The upper and lower parts of the cement silo are equipped with level gauges and dust removal systems; it can be designed as a sheet cement warehouse, which is convenient to transport and easy to use.

5、Conveying system
The aggregate conveying system adopts the lifting bucket feeding method, which has the advantage of occupying a small space and saving land resources. Belt conveyor is an ideal high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment. It has the advantages of long transportation distance, large transportation volume, continuous transportation, etc.

6、Control System
